Dr Sarbjit Sharma

Dr.Sharma is the chairman of JURISTA LEGALIS and is based in New Delhi, India. He is a Bachelor at Law, Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy. Over the past 30 years Dr.Sharma is known for his knowledge and experience and has dealt with various matters working with domestic and international clients. He has been representing prestigious clients before various state High Courts & the Supreme Court of India. His experience includes joint venture agreements, Business contracts and advising on different laws. 

Dr.Sharma is representing the Union Government before various Courts as a Senior Counsel for the past several years. He specializes in matters relating to intellectual property rights, business disputes, arbitrations, settlements by conciliations. To his credit, are various books and works which he has authored and are acclaimed by the Hon’ble President of India

Satish Sharma

Satish is an Associate Lawyer with our law company having a vast experience in direct and indirect taxation. He is based in New Delhi, India. He is en-rolled as a Lawyer with the Bar Council of Delhi and has a strong back ground in Direct and Indirect taxation. He is a member of Delhi Income Tax, Bar Association for the last 25 years. He has been advising on matters of direct and Indirect taxation to a number of export houses, MNCs, Companies and non-governmental organisations.

Rakesh Kumar

Rakesh is a senior lawyer with our law company. He has over 22 years of experience in civil and corporate matters relating to multi national and domestic clients in a wide range of industries, with a focus on matters relating to moveable and immoveable properties, dispute arising from joint ventures, drafting, executing and litigating in respect of business contracts. Rakesh specializes in trade mark and copyright prosecution.

Sumit Sharma

Sumit heads the Corporate Law and Taxation Advisory Service line of Jurista Legalis. He has extensive experience of advising to clients on matters relating to direct taxation and company law matters. He is a qualified Chartered accountant and a Bachelor at Law. Being conversant with diverse legal and financial laws he has advised on matters relating to legal and financial aspects arising on various complex situations. His credentials include projects and due diligences on various International clients, including advise to leading global private equity and real estate funds on their proposed ventures in India. Sumit has advised topline global real estate developers on corporate law and financial matters in India.

R Veena

Veena is an associate lawyer of our law firm.
